Food & Beverage Supervisor

Flamingo’s Bar & Grille is a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant located minutes from Walt Disney World in Flamingo Crossings. We are looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a guest-focused environment and is passionate about building strong teams, delivering great food, and creating memorable experiences. This role is ideal for someone ready to grow their leadership skills while working in one of the most dynamic hospitality areas in Central Florida.

What You'll Do

As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will support daily restaurant operations and help lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Team Leadership & Operations

• Train, coach, and support restaurant team members
• Direct shift assignments and ensure smooth service flow
• Assist with scheduling, staffing needs, and shift coverage
• Foster teamwork and a positive, professional work environment

Guest Experience & Quality

• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards
• Engage with guests and resolve concerns quickly and professionally
• Ensure a welcoming, clean, and appealing dining environment

Safety & Compliance

• Maintain sanitation and safety standards
• Ensure equipment is operational and facilities are well maintained
• Support compliance with company policies and health regulations

Inventory & Service Readiness

• Monitor inventory and forecast supply needs
• Ensure dining and service areas are properly stocked and prepared
• Assist with ordering and inventory procedures as needed

Work Environment & Expectations

Hospitality operates seven days a week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role requires regular attendance and the ability to remain active throughout the shift. All associates must follow JL Hospitality Management policies and safety standards to ensure efficient and safe operations.
